Ian Holmes 

Ian has 20 years background in numerous sports from Martial Arts to Triathlon, Mountain Biking and Road Cycling. He is trained in Sports and Remedial Massage having studied at LSSM and qualified with ISRM/BTEC (level 5) Professional Diploma in Clinical Sports and Remedial Massage therapy. He is also a qualified Medical Acupuncturist and trained in the use of instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation and spinal manipulation. Currently working p with Madison Genesis Professional Cycling team as Sports therapist and Soigneur. 

Ian fully understands the role of the therapist, as part of your training, recovery and rehabilitation and can tailor his treatments individually for you. For people new to sport especially cycling, he is happy to advise on training plans and nutrition to benefit you the most. Ian is also supported by Wattbike and with his training he can share the advantages of power training for anyone from beginners to more experienced riders.

As a cyclist Ian has raced for Virgin Active health clubs and now represent Hot Chillee as a Ride Captain for prestigious events like London Paris and the Alpine Challenge
